Service Description
Our service assists property owners in finding suitable tenants for their rental properties. This includes marketing the property, screening potential tenants, and facilitating the rental agreement process. These tenant placement terms are designed to ensure clarity and transparency.
Tenant Screening
We conduct comprehensive background checks on potential
tenants, including credit history, rental history, employment verification, and criminal background checks, under Arizona property management terms.
Rental Agreements
We facilitate creating and signing of rental agreements between property owners and tenants. These agreements will comply with the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
Fees
Service fees are charged to the property owner upon successful placement of tenant. Detailed fee structures will be provided upfront and are non-refundable once a tenant is placed.
User Responsibilities
Property owners must provide accurate information about their
rental property and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Tenants must provide truthful information during the application process.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Termination does not absolve any party of obligations under any existing rental contracts.
Liability
The Leasing Gal is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from tenant behavior or property issues once the tenant has been placed beyond the initial screening process.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will
be resolved under the jurisdiction of Arizona state laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will
be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
